 Jon willingly and enthusiastically followed us on a bit of a wild goose chase as we searched for and considered several properties in the Plymouth and Bristol County areas over a 6 month period. Given the fact that we were searching for a property that had "in-law" potential or had an in-law,  Jon provided great and honest feedback as to the potential for an in-law for each property, some of which would have been unwise choices or at best, very difficult to accommodate our needs. Jon's advice was genuine and I never felt that he wanted to push us into a property that was not in our best interests. I don't know of many properties that sell that fast.
